A "life verse" is a passage or verse of scripture from the Holy Bible that God has used to strengthen, encourage, and direct your life. While there are numerous scriptures from which to choose, generally, a "life verse" is both a source of encouragement and a challenge by which to live ones Christan life. It is a passage of scripture to which a believer in Christ clings and stands upon in and out of season. It is not necessarily a statement of faith - but it can be. Most will say that it is a scripture passage that the LORD Himself gave to the person for their circumstance or life. Generally, its is not something that is sought out per say (e.g. "I'm going to search The Bible to find a life verse"), rather, it is something that the LORD affirms in your heart and spirit through a repeated theme or over a season of time. It is affirmed through daily study of God's Word and through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. Without those essentials, a "life verse" if futile.
My verse is from John chapter 3 verse 16.
There is nowhere in the KJV bible where the words "life" and "save" appear in the same verse.

The phrase "life is a vapor" is from James 4:14 in the Bible, which reads, "Yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life? For you are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes."

"Life is Fine" by Langston Hughes is a poem written in free verse. Free verse is a form of poetry that does not follow a specific rhyme scheme or meter, allowing the poet more freedom in their expression and structure. Hughes' use of free verse in this poem contributes to its conversational tone and the raw emotions conveyed in the lines.
In verse XVI of the Rubaiyat, the poet discusses the limitations of human knowledge and the uncertainties of the future. This is related to verse XIII, which explores the transient nature of life and the inevitability of death. Both verses reflect on the uncertainties and impermanence of life, urging readers to embrace the present moment and find meaning in the midst of uncertainty.
The most used Bible verse is John 3:16. The verse is "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."
John 14:6 Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me."
