A lipstick party is a party in which all females wear a different shade of lipstick (usually crazy colors -- blue, green, red, orange, etc.). They then kiss each other, and those males in different places (body parts) throughout the party. It is usually centered around penis though. Then whomever has the most colors at the end, wins!
