What does the terminology - radial feed - mean in relationship to transformers?
This terminology usually refers to pad mounted transformers. A "radial feed " transformer is a transformer that has one bushing for the high voltage cable line. The high voltage cable terminates into the transformer through the transformer's bushing. There is no second bushing for the high voltage cable to continue further down the line. This type of transformer is usually on the end of a loop feed circuit. This is different from a "loop feed" transformer whose incoming cables are terminated at the primary bushings. On this type of transformer there is a second bushing which connects to the outgoing primary voltage cables that allows the primary to feed another transformer. Each pad mount transformer's secondary feed usually supplies enough power to connect up to four homes.

Primary side of the transformer would draw 83 amps at 240 volts. If the question was to supply the home, again yes. It would be 100 amp service equipment that the transformer would feed into.

In a closed loop system the gain without the feed back loop being closed is called open loop gain!!! e.g if forward gain is "A" and feed back factor is "B" then open loop gain is "AB" and closed loop gain will be [A/(A+B)]

Does led lighting require a transformer per light or one per circuit?
One transformer should feed several led's in parallel, but you have to work out how much current each one will take, total it up, and then get a transformer with the correct output voltage and that can supply the total current. Don't exceed the transformer max current or it may fail through overheating
