A Master Ball is the ultimate Pokeball. It catches any Pokemon without fail, however, you only get one so you should pick witch Pokemon you catch with it carefully. I used mine to catch a Latios, but using it on Raikou or Entei would be just as wise. Of course this is your choice friend, but think it through ;)
