what is the property that makes it harder for charge to pass through
Super Conductor :)
I dont know but someone please answer doon
yes, it does have low resistance
insulating materials have low thermal/electrical conductivity values and hence can be used in applications where resistance to heat or resistance to the passage of electrical current is required.
Silver is the best natural conductor. It has the lowest resistance of any known natural material. Your conductors - low resistance materials Silver, Copper, Gold, Aluminum, Tungsten, Brass, Iron, Platinum... Gold is sometimes favored in circuits as silver and copper both oxides.
Super Conductor :)
A wire that is thicker than another wire of the same material has less resistance
there is no name for the rate of charge transfer, but its inverse is resistance: resistance is how much charge is resisted, so a low resistance material will have a larger rate of change of charge than a high resistance material.
It must have a low resistance to the flow of electric current.

you can derive your answer from the equation G=1/R or R=1/G. Resistance and conductivity sitting in the opposite side from each other. Low Resistance conductivity (eg: cu) high Resistance conductivity (eg: glass) hope that helped.
silver is regarded as the best conductor of electricity as far. as metals are considered. #AMP# Good conducting materials like copper has a low resistance and permits the flow of current.

Electrical resistivity is a measure of how a material opposes the flow of electric current. Copper is used for electrical lines because it has a low resistance relative to its cost. Gold and silver also have a low resistance, but imagine how expensive the power cord for your computer would be if it were made of gold!
Graphite is low resistance of electricity...
You need a voltage source and a wire preferable with low resistance to connect across the voltage source.
