The Members Pass was an Event item that Nintendo gave away a few years back. It let's you gain access to the Abandoned Inn in Canalave City. Before you can do the Event, though, you have to get Cresselia's Lunar Wing and give it to the little boy in the house to awaken him from his nightmare. Afterward you can use the Members Pass to enter the inn. Then you enter the inn and get teleported to Newmoon Island. There you can catch the Legendary Pokemon, Darkrai. After you defeat/catch it you wake up in the bed of the inn ending the Event. (Also you need the National Dex and at least seen Cresselia!)

You can get Darkrai by getting the Members Pass from the Event of from an AR Ds Code. After getting the members pass, go to canalave and enter the very last house at north east of the town. It was once locked, but now with the members pass it will be unlocked.
