Tiara is better in the long run, because you save an inventory space (you can wear it on your head). Buy one on the Grand Exchange. A samll crown could be called a coronet or a tiara. A coronet will usually form a full cirle and sit on the head while a tiara does not always form a full circle and sits on the front of the head.
