The move sunny day powers up fire moves
EDIT : Or the ability "Blaze", or holding Charcoal, in substitution for a move. (:
In Pokémon White, Simisear is not capable of learning any additional level-up moves however the Move Relearner is capable of re-teaching it level-up moves such as Lick, the Fire-type move of Flame Burst and the Normal-type moves of Leer and Fury Swipes.
Fire moves upward due to the natural convection process. As the fire heats the surrounding air, it becomes less dense and rises, creating a flow of air upwards. This convection current carries the flames and heat upwards, which is why fire tends to move in an upward direction.

Stockpile can be a good move only if you use it properly and in conjunction with Swallow or Spit Up. It's up to a three level power up for the two other moves. Spit up is an attack move, stronger, the more you stockpile, the stronger the attack. Swallow is an HP restoring move. The more you stockpile, the more HP you get restored.
