I am pretty sure one of the ingredients is a prostaglandin/prostaglandins - but there are many different formulations of prostaglandins - there is one that has been shown to show great side affects in eye lashes (which is the one I believe is in Jan Marini's Eye Lash Conditioner). Cayman Chemical company makes them and may have some more information. I'm currently unable to identify the prostaglandin in the ingredients section - but am trying to find out...
