I am going to assume you mean narcissist. It is a person who is very in to themselves, the whole world revolves around them and they are very egotistical . Its considered a personality disorder.
Well, I can tell you, the narsacist has no capability of loyality. One would think, well, this is his/her child...it does not matter. A narsacist is a narsacist - I am telling you this as my husband - due to his narsacist behavior- and I split up last July. Our 6 year old beautiful son has been his vicitm. Promises which are broken. Lies: recenly a police officer who was killed in the line of duty...his father told him "he was my best friend"....I tried to explain to my son, that daddy's brother in law (dont want to use names here - but I said Uncle.....) is a police officer and knew of the Sargent who was killed. Daddy did not know him. My poor little guy was so upset - yes dady does, he was daddy's best friend. My son even told his friends at school. I am so conserned that my son will grow up to be taunted by such lies as he repeats them to his friends. His daddy can do no wrong. As a parent, it is your responsibility to teach your children truth. Your child will understand one day, however, you must protect your child and must call the narsacist on his lies. Good 'Luck & God Bless.
