Ligers are hybrids, a cross of two animals that wouldn't/can't breed in nature as they come from different continents.
Ligers are not a naturally occurring animal, and if they aren't naturally occurring, they can't have any natural enemies.
it makes a hybrid called a Liger. It's not exactly natural, but it can happen.
The Liger is a cross-breed of a male lion and female tiger. Tigon is the name for the reverse. This is not a natural, in the wild ocurrence, but induced in captivity as an experiment.
The mountain gorilla's natural enemy is man.
snowy owls natural enemy is humans
jaguars have no natural enemy. We are major enemy. We kill them for their coats.

A wolf
I am the king of the jungle but I am also a majestic animal in my natural habitat. What am I?
It depends on how you look at a liger. If you feel that a liger is not wildbecause they are bred in captivity then no they are not endangered. If you feel a liger is a wild animal then ligers everywhere are endangered.
