Not much, you would be lucky to get $100 for it. on the other hand you now own what I consider my favorite gun, it will last years, and is dead accurate.
Just guessing- New England Firearms shotgun? If so, the answer is no. There ARE NEF rifles that can be fitted with a shotgun barrel, but not the other way. The frames for the shotguns will not withstand the higher pressures from a rifle cartridge.

Yes but make sure you use rifled slugs. DON'T USE SABOT SLUGS. those require a rifled barrel. I use winchester super X rifled slugs in my pardner and inside of 70 yards I hit with a good grouping. Of-course, use the brand that works best with your gun.

They are made in several different calibers. Look on the barrel to read caliber markings.
