an oxymoron, maybe a virus, something that died
If by the question you mean which organisms do not comprise of one or more cells then look towards the virus. Comprised of dna/rna and surrounded by a protein coat they are non cellular. However if by organism you mean a living thing then that is a topic of debate, viruses are not considered living most often, simply as a collection of atoms which perform unified processes.
Non-cellular organisms are organisms without a cellular structure. All viruses are considered non-cellular organisms. Other examples include E. coli and ycobacterium.

There is no such thing as a non-living organism. If an organism is not living, it is dead. There are such things as abiotic (non-living) factors, however: soil, sand, rocks, water, air.
Non living factors that affect organism survival are called abiotic factors. Living factors that affect organism survival are called biotic factors.
