Normal blood pressure at birth is determined by the birth weight of the baby. kids born under 750g is 34-54 systolic / 14-34 diastolic. Kids born at 1000g should be 39-59 systolic/ 16-36 diastolic. kids born at 1500g should be 40-61 systolic/19-39diastolic. kids born at 3kg should be 50-70 systolic/ 25-45 diastolic.
