Ordinal
Term number: A number that tells the position of a term in a pattern
It is the counter that tells you the position of the numbers in the sequence: the first, second and so on.
The change in an objects position is called motion.
In the study of sequences, given a number n, the position to term rule tells you how the nth term of the sequence is calculated.
Speed only tells how fast something is going, while velocity tells speed and direction.
"change in location" "displacement"
A position vector tells us the position of an object with reference to the origin
movement
A cardinal number, or measurement in this case, tells you how many there is. As in one, two, three, four, five and so on. Cardinal is 'counting'. . For further information, a nominal number is a number used only in name. As in a postal code or a model number. An ordinal number tells you the position of something. As in 1st, 2nd. 3rd. and so on
The Atomic Number tells us the position of the element in the Periodic Table. It also tells us the number of protons and electrons in an atom of that element. The Atomic Mass/Weight is different. The Atomic Mass is the total numbers of nucleons ( protons and neutrons) in the nucleus of an atom. For a given element the atomic mass can vary. This is because the nucleus may have a different number of neutrons. These different masses of a given element are named 'Isotopes'.
a harcky tells you who has the highest position in the satate like highest position, middle & lowest position
A change in an objects position relative to a reference point is called motion.
