The "Hanging indent" alignment option indents all lines in a paragraph except the first line. It is commonly used for reference lists, bibliographies, and works cited pages.
Paragraph alignment refers to how the left and right margins.

Do you mean align? Using alignment options from Layer > Align > choose option. If you mean text indent then use Paragraph panel (Window > Paragraph).
The placement of paragraph text relative to the left and right document margins is called paragraph alignment. The manner in which text displays around an object is text wrapping.
full justification
It is called justified alignment. You can not apply both right align and left align at the same time. The option you want is fully-justified alignment.
Home tab, Paragraph section, option next to text alignment options( left, center, right, justify alignment) you will see icon with two arrows in opposite sides, pres on it to expand.
