Had peirod then 10 day later had light spotting for 2 days?
Hi, I recently had the implant where I had no periods I had it in for one year. I had I taken out in the begging of march and the day after that I bled for about 3 days, I think that was what u call a withdrawal bleed. Then at the begining of April I started to bleed I was on for 5 days so I assumed that was my peiriod about 10 days later I started to bled lighty for about 2 days a week later and now I keep feeling sickly and very bloted after I eat and get cramps. I also have had some really bad head aches but that may be due to the hot weather? Don't really know what to think? Trying to work out when I'll be ovulating, at the mow me and my partner just try every couple of nights cause not sure of dates we've done this since I had my implant out. Any idea's or help x

What is a peiriod for girls?
When every girl is born, they are born with millions of eggs inside them and once puberty has struck, these eggs are released one by one every month. This is a period. What happens is at a certain time every month, blood starts to flow out of the vagina, and so girls use pads, tampons or applicators to collect the blood. This blood is their uterus lining breaking down for the egg of the month (Once it has travelled from the ovaries down the fallopian tubes to the uterus) settles in there. If the egg is not fertilised after a week or so, then it'll die and disintegrate causing a period and therefore the breaking down of the uterus lining. This can be painful for the girl for they get cramps in their "lower area". All of this is due to hormones for instance FSH and Progesterone. This means that the girl will have mood swings throughout this time, meaning she could suddenly be really happy and then out of the blue, get angry and start crying. On average, a perios usually lasts for around a week give or take a few days. To sum it all up, they suck but you get used to them. Guys are lucky that they don't get them -_- . I hope I helped! xx
