Hmm. It depends on what kind of mixed beliefs they are. If they are not sure whether God exists or not and don't think it can be known, then the word is typically Agnostic. If the person believes in God but isn't sure about the nature or attributes of God, then we usually just say something like unaffiliated, because that person hasn't discovered a group of people that he agrees with to join with to worship God. If it is a person that definitely believes in God, but just doesn't know whether he wants to follow him, then that's just a regular church member, because we all go through that, but if the person is acting out in an anti-God way, then we might say apostate or lost soul.
To be a theist is to believe in just 1 god.

The official religion is Christianity, which means that people believe in God. I don't know other beliefs, which may also vary from person to person.
Non-religious. A person who does not believe in God is called an atheist. A person who doubts the existence of God is called agnostic.
It is absolutely impossible to force someone to have a genuine fellowship with the true God ("follow a religion in truth") yet very probable to force someone to follow one of the world's system of beliefs and that is called "abuse."
Hebrews are called Jews today, and they do not spread the idea of one God. (The idea of spreading beliefs is a Christian practice.)
They are called Muslims and they believe that their is only 1 God called Allah and Mohammed is his messenger.
Philosophical beliefs are fundamental ideas and principles about the nature of reality, knowledge, ethics, and existence. They provide a framework for understanding the world and determining how one should live and interact with it. Philosophical beliefs can encompass a wide range of perspectives and can vary greatly between individuals and cultures.
Without pushing Athiestic beliefs on the person asking this question, the simple answer is: "No!" To answer "Why not?"... that's going into a whole line of anti-religous beliefs. Simply put, No, God will not turn you into a mermaid.
Beliefs are up to the individual, however, as the Bible mentions 3 heavens: the sky, space, and God's Throne a person would have to be blind not to see the sky or space. Belief in God's Throne or the Highest heaven is called faith.
