A person who really likes wine is called an oenophile. However this term does not imply that the person is actually addicted to wine. A person who is actually addicted to wine is simply an alcoholic.

A "holic" of something means that a person would be addicted to something. For example, an alcoholic would be someone who is addicted to alcohol. Shopaholic, addicted to shopping, and so on.
All peoples are started to drunk alcoholic beverages ,and they stop working because they addicted to drinks......

although herbs can be used to flavour alcoholic drinks they (herbs) are deffinately not alcoholic drinks.
