Pokey pets are dogs that were from the original version of FooPets- Go Pokey!, which had a different version and style of pets. They created the new type of FooPets site- therefore, remodeling what they look like.
They glitch out on most computers...
And there's a new rule that in a few days or so, you won't be able to breed pokey pets.

∙ 11y agoWell now that pokeys aren't allowed to breed. They are getting more rare. You will have to buy from another member. You cannot get them from the shelter. I have a lot of pokeys myself but i cannot breed them anymore. I hope this helped. If you need anything answered reach me on foopets.

∙ 12y agoBuy one , at the moment because all non members will be removed from the site people are rehoming them, selling them for really cheap prices, they are in the adoption center... everywhere!

What was the first foopet ever made on foopets?
A long time ago.....the foopets were called pokeys. They looked different then the foopets now. Then over time the FooMojo changed the look & name of the pokey to a FOOPET. So the first ever made foopet is a pokey breed. I am currently trying to bring back the pokey breed to Foopets again.
Why did foopets stop pokey breeding?
One of the reasons was simply because of GoPokey. GoPokey was on Facebook and it was basically FooPets named GoPokey and the breeds of dog were ONLY pokeys and no others. Then the name,GoPokey, was changed to FooPets and made into a website instead of an app on a social networking site. So there was still Pokeys existing on Foo thanks to the App on Facebook. They couldn't take away everyone's Pokeys so now this happened. No more breeding of Pokeys. But now a days to make Pokey Puppies, You simply must breed a Legacy Pokey BREED and another Legacy Pokey BREED. Thanks I hope This Helped :). It would slow down the website and cause glitches.

It is not possible to adopt pokey pets. There are people on foopets who breed their pokey pets so u can ask those people if u could buy one.

There is no "facebook trick" in relation to FooPets. Attempting to impersonate a FooPets employee for any reason, or attempting to harass Facebook members to hand over their FooPets or Pokey pets is a direct violation of the FooPets Terms of Site Use. If caught, it will cause an immediate suspension for an indefinite time period.

Since the Pokey pets are technically discontinued, the only way you can get them is from other users. Luckily, there are a lot of people who breed them, so you should be able to find on in the breeding forums.
