Present perfect simple is: Subject + have/has + past participle + object.

eg I have eaten the cake. She has drunk the juice.

Present perfect shows the present situation in relation to a past action or how the past is relevant now.

Present perfect continuous is Subject + have/has + been + verb + -ing + object

eg I have been waiting for you. She has been phoning me all day.

This tells us about a continuous or repeated activity engaged in before the present.
