i would imagine so as they both come from the vagina. and it is still the wall of the vagina coming away however it is a smaller amount with implantation

You can feel it on the back wall of the vagina, especially when feces is present in the rectum. A gynecologist can diagnose this and discuss your pain issue. Whether you've had a child (children) or have never delivered a child, the self-helps for this remain the same. Stay hydrated. Eat fiber foods. Keep stools soft. Don't strain when you need to defecate. Some women have to insert a finger into the vagina while trying to defecate to gently keep pressure on the pouch pushing in from the rectum. If you are constipated, you can actually feel the hard stool pressing onto the vaginal wall. See your doctor to see if surgery would help.
