A nocturnal seizure is something you have in your sleep. Sometimes you may twitch and get dizzy. They can happen after dreams. They make you feel stiff like you'll have a hard time moving your body. They make you have trouble breathing. Or sometimes when I had them in my sleep, my face was buried in my pillow and I couldn't move my whole body and I kept breathing too sudden, because I wasn't near the air. It was like I was going to suffocate. Until I couldn't take it, I would try to scream loud in my sleep with my face buried in my pillow or if I get very stiff and nausated.
