White vinegar and water is the best grout cleaner ever. After you have completed getting the stains out, wipe away again, and apply good sealer. With that you won't have to clean it like that again for a long long while.

One is get a dental heavy duty denture toothbrush, make a paste with baking soda and water, and give it a nice scrub.
Or, you can bleach it. It does work.
Or, you can regrout it.
