1890 is a common date Morgan and is not rare or scarce.
Unsurprisingly, they're worth $1. Rare issues might be worth more to a collector, but as tender they're still a dollar, and most silver dollars one comes across are not collectible.
The "mini coin" gives it away. It's a privately-made replica of a rare 1840 dollar, but not rare itself. It's only worth the value of whatever metal it's made from. Unless the coin's packaging states that it's made of silver, it's probably only silver-plated.
The 1883 Morgan is a very common coin. It is not considered rare or even scarce.
