business X might intentionally misreport higher profits than were actually accrued to maintain the stock price and value of the business. If the actual lower profits had been reported, then the stock would almost surely go down
When a business knowingly produces a defective or substandard product and sells it to the public anyway, the firm has committed product fraud.
No, that would be fraud.
Gender is the single best predictor of criminal behavior: men commit more crime, and women commit less.In the United States, women constitute less than 20 percent of arrests for most crime categories.
Unless those assets are part of an expressly-designated expense account, that would be fraud.
No. When he uses your social security number, he is pretending to be someone he is not. He has committed fraud. The only reason he would hesitate from using his own social security number is if he's hiding something from the business.
For what reason would you use styles when producing a business document?
Definantly only if there is evidence and enough of a reason why they would commit the crime.
I would not. It is none of my business.
No. The court would likely not allow it because you intend to commit fraud by obtaining a loan with no intention of repaying it. But that's really a question for your lawyer.
Cops commit fraud to get people to plead guilty when they are innocent. This actually happened to me. I got arrested for prostitution and the cop who arrested me created a computerized phone conversation of me saying orally hand and mouth after he asked me if I was full service and I said "No". He used the recording to convince the prosecuting attorney I was guilty of asking him to pay me money for oral sex when I only told him he was paying me for a rubdown. The prosecuting attorney refused to listen to my attorney even when he had proof with phone records that the recording was a fraud. I ended up getting threatened by the prosecuting attorney saying I would get charged for harassment of the officer and he would have six of the SWAT team officers present at my arrest testify against me if I went to a jury trial. I ended up taking deferred adjudication with a year probation and community service. The cop committed a crime of fraud and I got the rap. This is why cops commit fraud because they can get away with it. Sad, but true.
It is likely that it would be considered a fraudulent business practice. The main reason for using an alias is to shield your true identity. In business dealings it would prevent you from being tracked by an unhappy customer or the IRS. The major online selling sites would dump you from their rolls if they knew your information was falsified. You should give up that idea.
it depends, ask them why they are going to comit suicide ,if they give you a reason that you thinkthey would do it then they might!
