One reason may be that the work area is too dangerous for children. Another may be that your employer doesn't allow children to visit the work area.

I would say probably not. As a responsible adult, subjecting a child to such graphic nudity, sexual content and foul language would not be appropriate. The Rating on a movie is there for a reason. R means restricted to people above the age of 17.
