To export photos from Lightroom while preserving the original settings, you can use the "Export" function. None. You have to have an SD card inserted into the camera to store photos and video. It does accept SDHC cards. I currently have a 4GB in my Insignia (Not the HD model) and it will record almost 3 hours of video on it.
