Hi there,
well i might have some input on this one. I've been roofing now for 21 years, so i guess this would be my deffinition.
I think first and far most we like working with our hands and to see the finish product is what gives us satisfaction, we live on the edge "pun". The money is good, we get to work on different job-site, and were outside.
It does take a different type of person to become a roofer, metally and physically, i guess i'd have to say were a pretty tough lot... we also get paid to get a tan were people pay to get a tan...lol
I don't know if that answers your question?

The roofer and ultimately the liability insurance co of the roofer. The roofer will likely be held responsible in the end but the tenant has no relationship to the roofer. The tenant has a relationship with the landlord and it is the landlord's responsibility to see that a roof was in proper condition. The tenant will need to seek redress from the landlord and it is the landlord's job to collect from the roofer.
You can go to goodbuilderguide.co and search for a roofer. From there, just click find a good roofer and you should be set. I hope this helps. The National Federation of Roofing Contractors can also help you find help.

It depends on who your roofer is. An expensive one or not.............. I would try to google the answer to find out the most reasonable price and go from there.
