Salchipapa is a hispanic food that consists of french fries and either small Hot Dogs or sausages. It is served piled in a cup or bowl and topped with a creamy ketchup sauce that may have a little jalepeno or cilantro. Also, the dish may include boiled egg or qual egg. YUM!
