A screen free day is a day that you and perhaps your family, choose to turn off all screens that would normally be part of your everyday life. By this we mean Mobile, Blackberry, TV, Game Consoles and Computers. All the screen technology that for many of us, takes up more of our focused time and attention than that of a friend or family member. Notwithstanding your work commitments, when you finish work all screens are off and you have free space and time to do things that connect you with your real life as opposed to your screen life. This, is a screen free day.
