Yes, several. The most prominent two I can think of are Marvel's She-Hulk and DC's Jade (daughter of Alan Scott, the golden-age Green Lantern).
That's not true, just recently there was a show about superheroes where the two main characters where men, it's called Tiger & Bunny.
