The restraints should not be tied to the side rail. The restraint could be pulled too tight if the side rail is put down.

If you were backing out of a space and you stopped and the forklift had a REASONABLE amount of time to see your vehicle (about 3 seconds or so), then the forklift operator would be at fault.

stand on the drivers side, look down at the driver side of the engine by the side of the intake manifold/plenum + you'll see the injectors and the fuel rail. look at the top center of the fuel rail, and that' the fuel rail psi sensor.
