Yes. At the top of any site page, you will see the "Sign In/Sign Up" link. Simply click Sign Up and follow the directions. You may even choose to link your Facebook page to the site. Signing up give you access to areas of the site too that you cannot reach as an unregistered member.
Linking your Answers account to your Facebook page is completely optional. When you sign-up, you are given two options.
