A Works Cited is basicly the same as a credits, or sources part in a paper or something were you use information thats not yours. For example, You copy a paragraph from Wikipedia, and use it as a quote, you would put the place were you got that information in your works cited.
It's not a bad site - it can be a good source of information and knowledge.

the difference is that a point source pollution comes from a specific site & the non-point source pollution comes from many sources rather than a single specific site. or point source pollution is pollution that comes from a known and specific location.
