I don't believe it's a Winchester, you might want to look closer. There was a spanish made revolver chambered for 32 Winchester, could that be it?
The Smith & Wesson .32 Winchester CTG revolver with a serial number of 100982 was manufactured around 1903. Smith & Wesson revolvers from that era can often be dated by their serial numbers, with records indicating that production for this model began in the early 1900s. For precise dating, consulting a detailed S&W serial number reference or contacting a collector or historian may provide additional confirmation.
It is not a Winchester revolver. It might be chambered for the '.32 Winchester' cartridge (.32/20) which leads me to believe it might be Spanish. What are the markings on the gun? sales@countrygunsmith.net
