The space shuttle is:A winged vehicle capable of space travel, a "spaceplane" as people may call it, yet it is sometimes referred to as a "flying brick" because it requires a very steep glide slope of 20 degrees and is unpowered as it comes in to land. In effect, it literally shuttles supplies between the International Space Station and Earth. Originally it was intended to take more commercial traffic into space, but the Challenger disaster and the resultant scrutiny the system came under put an end to most of that.

Contrary to popular belief, the Space Shuttle is the orbiter, external boosters and external tanks combined. The bit that actually goes into space is called the orbiter.
I never thought I'd have to use wikipedia on here, but it's only necessary.

NASA's Space Shuttle, officially called the Space Transportation System (STS), is the spacecraft currently used by the United States government for its human spaceflight missions. At launch, it consists of a rust-colored external tank (ET), two white, slender Solid Rocket Boosters (SRBs), and the orbiter, a winged spaceplane which is the space shuttle in the narrow sense.

How does the cell use the charge differences to build up across the inner mitochondrial membrane during cellular respiration?

Energized electrons are carried by NADH and FADH2 from glycolysis and the citric acid cycle to electron acceptors embedded in the cristae of the mitochondrion. As electrons are shuttled along a chain of electron-accepting molecules in the cristae, their energy is used to pump accompanying protons (H+) into the space between mitochondrial membranes. This produces energy stored in ATP.

What do you do after your first battle in wizard101?

By "first battle", I suppose that intro the headmaster gives you, with the encounter of Malistare (sorry if I said his name wrong I haven't played in a while due to school) and his henchmen. After the duel you'll be shuttled into the headmaster's house where you can begin your adventure after Ambrose gives you your first quest.
