NO,NO, and ,NO. An ipod does not have a disc drive
The System folder is installed as part of the operating system at the top level of the hard disc. If you have more than one hard disc attached to the Mac hold down the Option (alt) key when the Mac starts up - this will open the Start Up Manager which enables you to switch the start up to another disc with a system folder. If you only have the one disc and the Mac is not finding the System folder you will need to reinstall the operating system from the installation discs.
Put in the Windows 7 repair disc, it will ask you some stuff just choose fix start-up.
Insert the Tiger installation disc. Restart the computer while holding down the C key. This will boot the computer from the installation disc rather than the hard disc. If it does not boot from the installation disc you will need to take the computer to a repair shop to be checked. If the computer starts up from the installation disc check the hard disc with Disk Utility. (I think there is a Utilities/Tools menu from the Desktop). If the hard disc check reveals some problems Disk Utility will attempt to fix them and you can then try restarting from the hard disc normally. If there are no problems (or it still refuses to start up after fixing the hard disc) then you will need to reinstall Tiger. Choosing the Archive and Install (See links below) option will preserve all your stuff but ideally you would have a back up copy of your hard disc on an external disc.

You put it in the disc tray, close the disc tray, click "Play Game" then when the menu has loaded up click NEW GAME!
The code that is required for a startup disc for either a game or software will be listed inside the CD case. The string of numbers must be entered prior to installation.
Yes, you can install one copy of Sims 2 on as many computers as you want. However, you need the Sims 2 disc to start up the game. You can take this Disc out after you have gotten into a Neighbourhood and start up the other Sims 2, however, the Disc will be required for loading screens sometimes (Neighbourhood -> House etc.)
You can get it at a store or it should come with the digital arts and crafts studio.
Wagonners, pickups, and the Jeepster had disc brakes in 1972. The CJ did not get disc brakes until 1977.

Yes just download to a disk like you would if you were to start your computer by disk, and just put it in the other computer.
