A pie chart or composite bar graph.
In a normal bar graph, each bar represents one value. In a stacked bar graph, each bar has a number of values, stacked on top of each other. So a bar can show how a total is broken down. So each bar could represent a year, with the amounts for each month indicated by different parts of that one bar.
There is no vertical bar in a fraction. A fraction is written with either a horizontal bar or a slanted bar, which is technically called a "vinculum", but most people call it a "fraction bar".

The bar is a rigid straight finite object that is attached to one fixed point. The bar can be moved but the point where it is attached must stay where it is.
