There is no formal word with a negative prefix for depressing. The informal term non-depressing is rarely seen, to indicate something that would ordinarily be expected to be depressing, but is not, e.g. a funeral.
To some people it may seem depressing, because the trees are starting to die, the weather is getting colder, etc. Winter is the more depressing season out of all of them though.
