ADHESIVE TAPERichard G. Drew (1899-1980) invented masking tape and clear adhesive tape (also called cellophane tape or Scotch tape). Drew was an engineer for the 3M company (the Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing). Drew's first tape invention was a masking tape made for painters in 1923 (this tape was designed to help painters paint a straight border between two colors). This early masking tape was a wide paper tape with adhesive on only the edges of the tape - not in the middle. Drew made an improved tape called Scotch (TM) Brand Cellulose Tape in 1930. This tape was a clear, all-purpose adhesive tape that was soon adopted worldwide. The first tape dispenser with a built-in cutting edge was invented in 1932 by John A. Borden, another 3M employee
a counter is a counter which counts the data and the decade counter is the counts the decade ones
A piece of string and a ruler or tape measure.
its not plastic tape its like a bandaid
tape rulers are not so very professional and are used in schools in maths etc and you know tape measures aren't. tape measures are professional and are used by carpenters etc. tape measures can also be dangerous for little children where as they can easily be cut from it.
A counter on a tape recorder increases slowly as the tape plays. If the disk is fast forwarded or rewound the counter will always move with it. It helps people find the position they were at and so they can play the same tune over and over again

- a measuring tape - a kilometer counter on vehicles
Sort of. Most of them count the number of revolutions of either the supply (left) or take-up (right) tape spool. Let's take a counter on the supply spool. As you play a tape, the size of the tape pack changes from its maximum, down to the size of the actual reel hub at the end of the tape. This means that the number of turns of the supply reel - per (roughly) 9.375 feet of tape and thus per minute of playing time - is changing all the time. The counter will go slowly with a full tape pack (large diameter), faster as the tape is played (small diameter). As well, tape thickness depends on the cassette's playing length. A C60 uses thicker tape than a C90, which uses thicker tape than a C120. As well, really short tapes (say, C46) probably use the same thickness as a C60, but put less tape into the cassette. So.... 1. You can calibrate your counter by playing a tape and writing down the tape counter numbers every (say) 5 minutes. You could then sketch a graph or do some math to get the counter number for each minute of playing time. 2. You'll need to do this for each different tape thickness, but you may find a simple proportion between standard play lengths C60, C90 and C120. Also, don't expect the same counter readings from one deck to another, especially if they are from different makers. Some videotape players use a roller or measure the control track impulses, and these do give a true reading in minutes of time.
one in the garage on the counter in the safe house and the other is in alonzo's safe house on the desk after you play the tape
Cat wormer is available over the counter, just be prepared to clean up what comes out.
Most over-the-counter horse dewormers are effective against most kinds of hook worms. However, tape worms are a totally different type of worm that can be killed only with medications available through your veterinarian.
IF it is appropriate, the doctor might tape the toe to the next toe. Ice, rest, and an over-the-counter pain reliever for swelling and pain. They do not put a toe into a cast.

The scientific name for tape is "adhesive tape."
A kind of heavy tape is called duct tape
over the counter meds does not treat tapeworms you need too go to your vet and get a prescrption Tape worms are not killed as easily as round worms are. Higher dosages of dewormer (most commonly used is Praziquantel ) are given when treating for tape worms. It is also very important to control fleas, as the dog can be reinfected when the animal swallows a flea carrying a tape worm egg.
