The target area is called the "house." Any rock that touches a portion of the house can score. The very center point of the house is called the "tee." The circular area around the pin (usually white) is called the "button." The inner ring is called the "4-foot" ring (because it is 4 feet in diameter). The middle ring is the "8-foot," and the outer ring is the "12-foot."
The entire lot would perhaps just be called a target, but there are individual names for the sections... The stand the target rests on would simply be called the stand. The straw backing on a target is called the "boss". The paper picture with the archery rings or equivalent scoring system is called the "face".
