A testcard is something that comes on your TV in the middle of the night. A testcard usually comes on when a channel is off the air. If you ever couldn't get to sleep one night and suppose you wanted to watch TV? Well if you watch TV this early that means when you flip through the channels you may find some channels that have color tests on them. Color tests are a rainbow color and they usually make a annoying beeping sound. But not all color tests are rainbow. Some can be pictures or a picture with words printed on it or sometimes they can even be different shades of green. The rainbow color test is the most common but sometimes the green one can appear.
