A micro organism is a living thing that is very small that you need a micro scope to see them.
Micro- is a Greek prefix and it means small. Organisms are living things, such as bacteria, animals, and (I'm guessing) plants. Put them together and it simply means a small living thing.
A very small living thing is called a microorganism, such as a bacterium or a virus. These organisms are microscopic and can only be seen with the help of a microscope.
