I bought a wax pot heater from a shop. The wax pot heater broke first time I used it I took straight back to the shop where I made the purchase And they exchanged the wax pot heater for me with no problem. Over a month later I was asked to ring the shop. They now want me to pay for the wax heater again. What are my rights and should I have to as it was not a money exchange?

Take a brown paper bag and place it over the material. Using a hot iron, press the paper bag. You will see wax bleed onto the bag. Keep repeating that on dry peices of bag until you see no more spots. Answer: If the material is a piece of clothing or small enough to place in a 5 quart pot. pour boiling water on it inside the pot, let sit. The wax will rise to the surface. let the water cool, poor off the solid wax on the surface, repeat if neccessary. This works a little better than the previous method because it removes it from the inner fibers and not just the surface wax.
