Well i have also been looking for this particular answer but have not found a suitable answer . I do though know that a well known Islamic dish is eggplant pancakes . And that Muslims forbid anything with pork or alcoholic material. Adding to that you must also not eat any animal that is a carnivore , along with not eating donkey, monkey or elephants.
