As a 33+ year HVAC veteran, it's been my experience that, even if you can "free up" a stuck zone valve, it will stick again. If it's actually the valve itself that's stuck, rather than the "actuator" motor having failed, then it's usually best to replace the valve body.

Wat controls the idle on that type of car its a sensor called a idle control termo valve witch its controlled by the antifreeze temperature and air. it has two small hoses under the throwel you wont miss it . And if u not sure go to auto zone and ask for the idle control valve its a black sensors in and out inlet and out let
Sounds like you have a bad zone valve or zone pump. There is either a pump, and the zones in the house have zone valves, or each zone has it own pump. Zone valves go bad all the time, you can just replace the motor on it instead of sweating the new valve in. The box that is on top of the valve.
