Some buildings, such as offices, schools, business' etc have an internal phone system, to enable communication inside, without using the commercial phone system and therefore do not incur costs. This is a sort of intercom system, that uses normal wired phones. Calls to a phone may be from another phone within the building, or may be from someone calling from outside. This is an EXTERNAL call. This is called a Private Automatic Branch eXchange. PABX
In this system, the phone defaults to making internal calls. If you pick up the phone and dial a number, it will direct the call to someone else on the internal system. To make an outside (normal) call, you usually have to switch to an outside line (EXTERNAL). This is normally done by pressing '9' first (other numbers may be used), wait for another dial tone, then make your EXTERNAL call.
You call it... An external mouth guard.

Depending on the severity and your level of training either treat it or call 911
Yes call me 07766813255
The only way is to get an external mic on the headphone (3gen or lower) and get Skype.
i have just switched my broadband and phone line. now when people phone it doesn't come up there name it just says external call it was working before i switched over and all there names and numbers are saved to the phone but how do i fix this ?
It doesn't matter what language the external program or function was written in since all executables must be converted to machine code. To execute an external function, that function must reside in a library to which your program is linked and you must know the prototype of the function you intend to call. This is usually found in the library header file which can simply be included in your program. You can then call the external function just as you would an internal function. To execute a specific function in another program, however, you must use the command line interface for that program.
The main three variables you need to look at while setup your call center are: 1- The right people2- The right Technology3- Processes (internal & external)
This depends on too many variables you didn't specify for us to answer.
