I don't know if there is any range that is specifically impressive for a 14-year-old exactly. As a singer, I would say anything above four and a half octaves is almost unattainably good and probably anything below two octaves needs some definite improvement. I am fifteen with four octaves and according to my vocal instructor it is very good.
