UV-A
The UV rays are of three types. they are UV-A, UV-B, UV-C.

The UV light is different to that of fluorescent light. The UV originates from the sun. The latter one does not.No, it is not. UV is different.
UV is commonly broken up into three rough groupings called UV-A, UV-B, and UV-C. Oxygen and nitrogen absorb UV-C and break apart. Some of the oxygen forms ozone. Ozone absorbs UV-C and some UV-B and breaks apart. Ozone also absorbs UV-B and reradiates it randomly. UV-A (the sutff good for tanning) is pretty much just passed thru to the surface of the Earth. So some UV is blocked by oxygen (UV-C), just not any of UV-B, which directly strikes our DNA since we are largely transparent to UV-B and DNA is not.
It is different because the UV light is brighter then a normal light and it is like a laser. UV light is different to normal light because it is invisible and the wave length is smaller.
Laser paint contains a phosphorescent pigment. When UV or light falls on the pigment the energy is stored and released again over time, causing the 'glow'. The laser emits the energy, and it does so in an extremely narrow beam, making it possible to 'write' with it.
Sisr Kumar Bhattacharyya has written: 'Laser radar probing of the atmosphere using visible and uv wavelengths'
you can't answer this question with out knowing the power of both lasers. If you had two lasers, one yellow the other UV, BOTH WITH IDENTICAL POWER, the yellow laser would APPEAR to be more powerful since our eyes are particularly tuned to see this color. The UV laser would APPEAR to be invisible (i.e. no power) because our eyes cannot see UV light. Keep in mind that one only appears to be more powerful because of the way our eyes work, in reality they both have the same power.
UV lasers are good for analyizing top surface layers. It has a penetration depth of only a few nanometers, making it incredibly sensitive, even to very thin layers.
UV-A
A few examples: -UV radiation from the Sun stimulates the production of vitamin D in your skin. -UV radiation from black lights are used in the theater to make some objects glow. -UV radiation is used to check for fake money in shops. (Paper money usually has some kind of security feature that lights up under UV light). -It is used to induce chemical reactions in various areas. -There are used in laser form to write to optical disks in computing. -There are used in certain medical procedures.

It depends on the condition and brand of the machine. They may be anywhere from 300 dollars, to two thousand dollars. It also depends on where you buy from. From a manufacturer will be cheaper. And actually we are the manufacture of the laser cutting machine,(professional equipment and reasonal price4) it also depends on the size and power of which you choose. I conisder that you should have a deep investigation on this field, if you need more info, you can visit our web: KITELASER or email me: sales(@)kitelaser.com
The list of weapons that start with laser are: Laser axe Laser bow Laser chaingun Laser chainsaw Laser cannon Laser crossbow Laser daggers Laser gatling gun Laser knife Laser machete Laser machine gun Laser rapier Laser rocket launcher Laser scythe Laser shotgun Laser slingshot Laser sword Laser tommy gun Laser whip and countless others
UV energy is in UV rays. These are high energy rays.
